I've been watching the prosecution of former President Trump. And as I watch his prosecution, it feels more like persecution than prosecution. That being said, I believe his serious misunderstanding of our legal system has placed him in jeopardy. And his liberty remains in question. Noticeably, he's been trying to change the narrative. But will that approach work? Candidly, I don't think so. I think he's been targeted because of the cards he holds: 1) former President, 2) leading Republican challenger, 3) wealthy and self-made man, 4) family man with loyal children, and 5) heterosexual white male (a man's man).
The feminization of America has placed Donald J. Trump in its crosshairs because he stands against all they hate: although not a godly man, he is a family man, caring man, and charitable man. Former President Trump aligned with the Church and Church leaders to propel his 2016 campaign forward. And it worked, he was elected. He tried the same strategy in 2020. And it arguably worked. He had more voters vote for him than any other candidate ever (except Joe Biden, if you believe that one). And it's because of his popularity that he's being persecuted through prosecution.
That brings me to the subject of this post: Is the law legal? Simply put, no. The law is malleable; it's not certain: the law is predicated on the opinion of judges. We no longer need legislatures; we have judges to tell us what the law is. And the law is what they say it is. Rather than the law being based on the facts of a particular case, or being defined by what a reasonable person would see, it's now being molded by judges and attorneys into what they want it to be. And that places every American in jeopardy. As a result, our legal system is now illegal, unlawful, and harmful.
What do I mean? I mean that judges being the decider of what the law on their own has put America in a state which it was never meant to be: on the verge of collapse and civil war. Without a valid system of justice in place, everyone does what is right in their own eyes. It was that way in Israel 3000 years ago, when "[i]n those days [when the judges governed] there was no king in Israel; every man did what was right in his own eyes." 2 Chr. 21:25, Amplified Bible. That's where we are today: everyone does what is right in their own eyes. And that's a dangerous place to be.
Judges have rewritten the American Constitution. Today, the judiciary, especially the federal judiciary, has gained a prominence never anticipated by the founding fathers. And that has placed everyone in jeopardy. What do I mean? Former President Donald J. Trump isn't just an American icon; he's also being served up as an example. An example for who? Those who support him and his policies. Yes, his policies worked. America was better for them. Everyone benefited. But some benefited less than others did, especially when it comes to power, which is what American politics (and big business) has become about. And small business and everyday Americans are being left in the dust.
Now, the military industrial complex, pharmaceutical industry, mega media organization, left wing religious zealots, and social technology architects have determined it's their responsibility to manage the lives of everyday Americans. And the easiest way for them to do that is via the legal system. The legal system has become a sword it was never meant to be and is no longer the shield it was meant to be. The Constitution and its language have been so reinterpreted by judges, at the behest of attorneys, that it no longer makes sense to anyone.
What do I mean? Let's start with a question! What question? How is it possible for a former presidential candidate to be considered for prosecuted by a grand jury in Georgia for allegedly seeking to interfere in the 2020 election where he himself was a candidate? And if former President Trump is charged for seeking to change the results of an election, as it appears he might be soon, how was Al Gore not charged with election interference in 2004. Further, as former President Trump's been charged with retaining classified documents, why hasn't any other president been prosecuted for such a crime?
The legal system borders on insanity. That prosecutors fail to discern the dangerous game of chicken that they're playing is disconcerting. The legal system is broken. And it's been broken because what is being done is no longer legal. How did a state supreme court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, change the 2020 election by its "legal" decision, which obviates the state legislatures Constitutional responsibility to determine the time, place, and means of holding elections?
I first wrote about the breakdown of the legal system in my book, Secret Corruption. With prophetic accuracy, I described what is now happening in our nation. More recently, I authored my book, Breaking the Spell Over America, to describe the roots of what is happening in America. In that book, I describe what, why, how, why, where, and when of what America is facing today. If you've not purchased a copy, I encourage you to do so. It will help you discern where we are as a nation. And it provides a roadmap to safely come out of the place we are as a nation.
The reason I wrote Secret Corruption was to describe what I experienced at the hands of judges within the legal system. And it was brutal. For that reason, I wanted to sound the alarm at what I experienced and saw take place. By God's grace, I was able to write that book. Later, I wrote Breaking the Spell Over America for a different reason. I saw that the corruption was so ingrained that it needed to be broken at its source. That there was and is an active spiritual component to our legal system that needed to be confronted and corrected. But that can only happen if the Church begins to exercise the spiritual authority Christ has given it.
Yes, we are facing a spiritual adversary. That adversary has been harnessing the power of the legal system for more than two hundred years. And today, we sit at the cusp of revival or revolution. How has Satan harnessed our legal system? By changing our nation's laws. In Daniel 7:25, NIV, we learn one of Satan's primary strategies against God's people: "He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws." Notice, changing the laws of a nation is one of Satan's primary means to accomplish his strategy against God's people.
As I describe in greater detail in both aforementioned books, America's laws have been changed. And believers (for the most part) are ignorant of those changes. What changes? When did those changes happen? Good questions. In 1934, Congress passed the Rules Enabling Act. That act allowed the Supreme Court to essentially write its own rules. In 1938, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure were rolled out. The stated purpose for those rules was to make pleading a case easier. But what really happened is 1) judges were given greater latitude in deciding what cases were heard, via pleadings, and 2) the legal system was bolstered to support Plaintiffs, which made it harder for Defendants. The due process (the one in the Constitution) was changed
That process, which is still in effect today, has brought America where it is today. America has been dramatically altered by the changes in law that took place. How? From the sheer size of the legal system to the types of cases brought in it. How companies have become easy targets for attorneys seeking to make a quick buck. Doctors no longer being personal and business owners having to worry about being targeted by attorneys. Even gas can companies have been affected. (Recently, I tried to use my gas can. It used to be easy to pour gas from a gas can into my car's tank. Now, it's adult proof. I was unable to pour gas from the gas can to my gas tank).
Now, that altered legal system, is being used to target people, even presidents. Where the grand jury used to be impaneled to protect a defendant and ensure probable cause, now it's become the puppet of the prosecutor. How? The prosecutor oversees the grand jury process. That process, which is meant to be in secret, was to protect people from the abuse of prosecution. Now, it has become a tool for prosecution. So much so that it has been said that a prosecutor before a grand jury can "indict a ham sandwich". Comforting?! No, not really. It's the legal system being turned on its head. And that's where we are today.
To show you how crazy it has become, I will share with you a couple of cases I've heard about that shock the conscience. In one case, it was determined by the Supreme Court that actual innocence is not a basis to review a case and have a conviction overturned. Two, in another case, a local police officer violently beat a man because he thought he was someone else. He didn't identify himself and he was in plain clothes. A federal police officer was with him. Due to the presence of the federal officer, the man has been unable to hold the police officer, police department, or state liable for those actions. That's two. And there are plenty more. From seizures of money to warrantless searches to FBI agents showing at Mar Lago, the stakes, and tyranny, are rising.
How concerned should we be? I once owned a national company that sold baby furniture. I was able to help a friend buy that company. Then, lawsuits started. They were a means to bankrupt the company. And it worked. Attorneys lied, cheated, and used the legal system to steal what I had worked hard to get. After two million dollars in legal fees, and seventeen years of my own time, and orders barring me from filing any federal cases in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana, I have to say that I don't think that's what the founders had in mind when they founded this great country of ours.
You may never have an issue with our legal system. I hope you don't. But if you have money, it's likely you will be targeted at some time or some place by someone who wants to use the power of government to steal what you have worked for. And that very well might include your freedom, as with former President Trump, or his associates, some of whom have already been changed, prosecuted, and jailed. Who knows? But, as for me, I can tell you that the legal system no longer makes sense to me; too many people can do the wrong thing, lie about what they've done, get away with doing the wrong thing, and even brag about doing the wrong thing in an international forum.
Thank you, Joe Biden, for showing us the dichotomy in our legal system. I have one question: where's the money? Doesn't that deserve investigation? Wait! We have a special prosecutor working on it, don't we? What do you imagine will happen? I'll leave it to your imagination. But it certainly won't be like what's happened to former President Trump: persecution by prosecution by his opponents to prevent him from becoming president...again. Can anyone imagine a worse example of an American, let alone a president, than Joe Biden? By the way, he's an attorney, as his son is. Just in case you didn't know.
Welcome to America!
